2. Use of the Service
- You must be at least 13 years old to use UnifiedTools Pro.
- You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others.
- You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, overload, or otherwise abuse the Service's infrastructure.
- Free-tier users are subject to fair-use rate limits. Circumventing rate limits via automation is prohibited.
3. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Intellectual Property
- All content, branding, and code on UnifiedTools Pro are owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without permission.
- Files you upload remain your property. By uploading files you grant us a temporary, limited licence to process them solely to provide the requested tool functionality.
- We do not claim ownership over any content you upload or generate using our tools.
5. Pro Subscription
- Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds may be issued at our discretion within 30 days of a charge in accordance with our Refund Policy.
- We reserve the right to change Pro pricing with 30 days' notice to subscribers.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
- The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or produce results fit for any specific purpose.
- AI-generated outputs (grammar checks, plagiarism scores, content detection) are provided for guidance only and should not be relied upon as professional advice.
7. Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, UnifiedTools Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where we are incorporated.
